120-unit smart residence in Istanbul: a NovaDomo reference project
KNX lighting, common-area energy monitoring, and site management from one panel — lessons from commissioning.
At this 120-unit site on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, NovaDomo Pro was deployed as the central automation layer. The KNX bus infrastructure connects directly to the hub — no separate gateway required.
Common-area lighting, ventilation, and energy meters were unified with Flow automations. The management panel shows all blocks and alarm states on a single screen.
Commissioning completed in three weeks. Local backup and privacy-compliant data storage were core requirements for the site management team.
